Pay Scale:-  Rs8000/- to Rs14,140/-

Qualification:-
Assistant Director (Tech):-

(1) Necessary – Graduation Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
(2) Needed – Experience in construction/ maintenance of machinery/ quality control.

Assistant (Accounts):-

(1) Necessary – Graduation Degree or equivalent to that.
(2) Needed – Expertise of Cash, Accounts, Budget work and basic knowledge in computer.

LDC:-

  • Necessary – Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent and Minimum typing speed 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
    (2) Needed – Basic knowledge in computer.

MTS:-

 Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent.

Selection Process

Therefore, selection will be made from between the shortlisted qualified candidates by way of written test for the post (Assistant Director, Assistant & LDC) and also typing (English or Hindi) test (10 minutes course) for the post (LDC) on computer pursued by interview. Also, the deserve candidates list will be arranged on the basis of written test & interview. In conclusion, the written exam will consist of objective type – multiple choice questions in 3 sections (subject specific; general awareness & basic knowledge of English each 20 questionsof equal marks) with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect respond. Also, the duration of examination will be 1 hour.
